I'm not to sure what is wrong with my emperor's mouth but it got shipped to my house from petsolutions on wednesday, two days ago this happened to its mouth and I don't know what happened, it's not eating, help?
Actually no, it's not, it's properly stocked and most of the fish are rather small, the water quality is perfect, the fish can get it from shipping stress as well
Well considering I will be upgrading to a bigger tank, this is a great size for now,
Ammonia-0
Nitrate-0
Nitrite-0
Ph-8.2
Salinity-1.021
And I use an API saltwater test kit. I'd say that's pretty good water quality?
Why are you keping your salinity so low? Natural seawater is 1.026 and there is no good reason to keep it at anything but natural levels. Long term exposure to lower than natural salinity levels lead to kidney failures and early death.
