How often should you clean your equipment. Such as skimmer,power heads, heaters all items in tank.

As often as needed. You can look and see.

melosu is right, if u think ur equipments are too dirty or clogged, clean them. There's no "rule" of how often to clean equipments

I clean my equipments anytime i feel like spending an hour or so dedicated to my tank, so... i clean them VERY often XD
