erratic impeller?

Hey guys, after leaving my filters off for a couple days, I turn on my aqueon quiet flow 55 and boy is it loud. So I strip it down and clean it.. nothing. Sounds like the impeller is jacked up. Clean it several times, nothing in the way. No snails, gravel, sand etc. How can I fix this?

You could try running on a bucket of vinegar and water for a few hours.
