Aquarium Advice Freak
I'm not looking for advice or input here. Just sharing a story.
We have this little guy, a little dwarf gourami. He is just an adorable little fish, in fact probably my favourite in this particular tank. I have been noticing that he gets very VERY excited at feeding time, jumping up a little bit. But yesterday was just crazy. He got so excited that he actually jumped out of the tank. How did I notice? I didn't see him fly out, I felt him... on my foot! Darn lucky he landed on my foot so that I knew where he was. Had he landed an inch or two off either way, it may have been a bad "foot meets fish" situation. When we fed tonight, he jumped up again, but not so far up he was out. This is the only time he jumps, otherwise he is just happy to cruise around the tank. When it's feeding time, look out everybody! You'd think he'd learn, that crazy little fish...
