Yep here's one. I just bought this one today

It looks sorta like poison ivy with the 3 Leaves

From what I read on google is that it is hard to adapt to submerged conditions.

I was wondering if it was non aquatic I also bought a Lacy leaf fern hopefully there aquatic

Ahh! That is a java fern windelov, I'm sure the "w" word is misspelled. It's a variant of java fern most definetly aquatic. Leave the rhizome above the gravel( the thicker green horizontal root ) and it'll treat you right.
