Filter, heater, growing lights help

Hi, im looking to up in size from my fluval spec V to a aquamax 12gallon long

My question is, obviously this tank doesnt come with a filter, heater, or light like the v spec did. so i want recommendations for those. I would like these to be as unobtrusive as possible to not be a eyesore on the aquascape please.
Il also be running co2 in this tank but i already have a system for that ^-^

Tank will be growing monte carlo, some moss, and maybe some reinekii mini in the background and hardscape with either some seiryu stone or maybe some driftwood if i find a good piece.

Fish stocked in the tank will most likely be some species of tetra or other schooling fish, feel free to reccomend some of them as well^-^.

I suggest you go to Amazon and use it as a showcase for the parts you need. Since our respective tanks are so different it would be difficult for me to offer many direct recommendations. Pick some parts, post make and models and I'll try to help you.
