Finnex stingray/monster or edge led?

I'm stuck on lighting for my 55. It's 48" long and with substrate it'll be about 20" deep. I like that the edge led has a built in time and lunar cycle but it's par is supposed to be around 50 at 20" and I'm worried that's too much light for me as I won't be running c02. The stingray is about 30 par at 20", would this be enough for things like red flame swords, red ludwigia, bronze crpts and dwarf sag? It comes with a 48" monster Ray as well for about $150.

The stingray combo will be good for low light, the Ludwiga may struggle, may not though, not sure what kind of grow power the monster possesess. Keep in mind the combo of those lights will create a very vivrant/ almost un natural color scheme/hue..
A current satellite plus could be a good fit.
