Some thing is wrong with my bettas fins. please help!!

Looks like fin rot to me. what are your parameters? (Ammonia, nitrite)

I did a little reaserche and fin rot can be caused by stress and I have a cat that tries to ceatch him so maybe that is it

Its caused by stress due to poor water quality. I dont think a cat would do it lol. Up your water changes and it should improve

Sorry, increase your water changes. Id do a 50% pwc daily.
