First peas now pellets

my SA puffers were eating peas a couple days ago but now they're eating floating pellets. the biggest one in particular is helping himself lol i've had them for a couple months but they never did this. does anyone else have SA puffers and witnessed them eat anything and everything?

I can starve my dwarf puffer for a month and he still wont touch anything except snails and bloodworms

my dwarves wont either, that's why i gave up and just feed them what they want. my south americans are the crazy garbage disposals
