So in my 29g I have 12 pristella tetras, a juvenile BN pleco and a JV Angelfish. My problem is that even though I'm pretty much fully stocked, it looks like I have no fish in there. The tetras don't really school and stay near the lower region of the tank; the angelfish is kinda all over but mainly near the bottom.

Im also worrying that my angel will eventually get too big for my tank, and also become stressed that it doesn't have more members of its own species in there. In the event that I must rehome him, what would be a good, active centerpiece fish?

An angel should not outgrow a 29. Once your angel gets bigger, you should feel like the tank is more full.
