Fish fighting - One bit... what to do?

I'm not sure if it's a huge deal, but one of my fish got bit pretty bad for getting into the EBR's territory in the corner where they lay eggs.

It's hard to see but there's a noticeable red blood spot where he got attacked.

Is this just going to heal on it's own, or should I be worried about infections/other fish attacking him more/etc?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I've just never had this happen.
