Would these two fit in a 10gal

Looks like a barb. How big are they

About 1.5 inches


I too thought they were a barb

They have short catfish like whiskers like the mind you would see on a loach


They had no label at the lfs

I got the pair for 15$

For all i know i got robbed but i fell in love with the little guys


The coloration is truly stunning in person....the crappy ipad camera doesn't do the fish justice

Looks like an African banded barb aka angola barb

Could be a jae barb.

I just researched it



Its common name is the african banded barb but apparently people have a lot of names for them on the aquarium trade
