FLAME HAWK;

Would like to add a flame hawk fish to my 30 gal tank. good fish to have?the tank has 2 clowns , 2 blue damsels, 1 coral banded shrimp, 5 hermit crabs, 1 snail.

he might go after your shrimp. They are pretty aggresive. If you can find a lyretail hawkfish, they are less aggressive.

My daughter and I both have cleaner shrimp in our tank with our flame hawks. No trouble here but it may vary from fish to fish.....

I tried 2 skunk shrimp, she ignored them about eight months then one came up missing. A couple weeks later the other was mia also. Waited a few months, bought the Largest peppermint I could find. Thinking no way can she eat this, the pep lasted 3 days. In any case I love the hawks personality so she stays and that tank goes shrimpless (obviously).
