So I noticed a chunk out of my favia yesterday today I saw my fox face bite and pull twice. What are everyone's thoughts do I take him out of my system? If so how do I go about catching him. Thanks for your input.

Nothing surprises me in this hobby. I've seen fish do some things they usually dont do and cant explain it. I had a friend who had to get rid of a tang because it was munching on a coral. I would have said impossible but there it was doing it. I say that to tell you that it should not be doing that but its not impossible.

If it only does it once in a while, I would say to leave it be, but if it's making meals out of your corals daily, you'll have to catch him somehow. You and a friend with nets on each end of the tank and chase him till you get him is what I would do.
Like Mike said, omnivores are just that- eaters of algae and meaty foods....Where they find meat at is totally up to them.

Live aquaria states a one spot Foxface rabbit fish's main diet is algae ,
But they are huge eaters and if not satisfied they will eat corals ,
Reef safe ? It says with caution
