Fry behaivor ?! HELP

My fry have just been sitting at the bottom of the tank, not moving much unless I feed them.

Should they be swimming and moving around a lot?! I think they might be sick because my ammonia is a little high. It's at 1.0 ppm. I've been doing 50% WC everyday.

How should most fry act? PLEASE HELP!
