garfs grunge

Hello everyone I've been reading and learning a lot on here. So I thought it was time to take the plunge and start asking questions. I have a new 220 gallon tank going through its cycle (fishless) but was curious I have been reading about this stuff called garfs grunge. Has anyone tried it, good bad or otherwise

I love it, will add all kinds of pods to your sand bed. Not sure about using to cycle but I love the stuff esoecially when the lights go out at night its fun to watch just ordered 10 more lbs of the stuff! Geothermal Aquaculture Research Foundation
