Is there anything out there too use a garlic liquid for my cooperbanded butterfly because he only eats brine shrimp and I need to put some garlic in his system

Why do you feel he needs garlic? Have you tried other meaty foods? Brine does not have much nutritional value to it. Copper bands are notoriously picky eaters.

Garlic is good for the immune system and will sometimes stimulate appetite. As Todd said, they are very picky eaters, it's why they are considered a bit difficult to keep.

I don't know anything about "liquid garlic" to feed fish, but I feed my fish strips of seaweed that contain garlic in them so I would suggest trying to feed him something like that. All my fish enjoy them!

Moisten the food in a garlic solution then drop it in the tank. This is a good method to wean fish off of and onto other foods. It also gets them the garlic they need in their system.
