Just got a dozen ghost shrimp for my 40B southeast asian tank, lucky for me 5 of them were berried females :D
First one is a berried female chowing down on a blackworm

there cool little buggers i get a 100 a week to feed my tank...love watching them getting brave and fighting back...lol

^^^ haha.. Yeah i enjoyed watching my dwarf puffers surround a ghost shrimp like a pack of wolves.

They are cool shrimp ... in my tank I have at least 5 and they walk through through the substrate completely unafraid of the Barbs ... and they are left alone! Go figure.

Too bad their mostly relegated as food ... they are cool shrimp.

Yeah, I'm hoping that some of the adults will survive; I don't have anything too big in the tank, nor do I plan on adding anything else big.

Current stock includes checker barbs, cherry barbs, brilliant rasboras, and a scarlet badis. Future stock is going to include a pair of freshwater blue neon gobys and some kuhli loaches. :)
