was the snail dead prior to the shrimp getting it?
I have posted several times the experience I've had with "ghost" shrimp from petsmart. I woke up twice to find them attached to living fish and believe they were tormenting my Cardinal Tetras at night. So I gave them all away.
My red cherries feast on baby Malaysians constantly. Looks like they're holding ice cream cones. It's weird. most shrimp are supposed to be scavengers, and here we have several documented cases of predatory shrimp. smh.
