I have a 20 tall with 1 guppy, 1 molly, 4 guppy fry, 3 ghost shrimp, 1 blue shrimp, 2 glass catfish, and 2 sword tails and a few snails that have been breeding in my tank. My tank was not cycled but i used old water and aqaurium gravel from another tank i still have running. Been up for about 2 months. My water parameters: temp: 75, ph:7.2 gh 75, nitrate: 20 amonia, unkown. I can only really afford the cheap tetra test strips. Now down to the problem, 3 days ago my glass cat lost half its tail out of nowhere, next day it lost the other half, now it looks like it has a bent spine, i am quite aware i should have more, but it was a uninformed impulse buy because i was in corpus cristi and decided ti buy something, since i wasnt coming back there for who knows how long. Fish has been in my tank for 2 weeks and shown now signs of sickness. Pls help, thx

A bent spine is one of the syptoms of an intestinal infection. Usually not curable.

Hes getting better. His spine seems to be straightbing out.
