Goby feeding

So I got 2 clowns on Saturday a pair one male and one female but I had a citrus goby before I added then but now he is having trouble getting his portion of the shrimp because he's to slow due to the lack of a swim bladder how can I make him get more food

Lol gobies still have a swim bladder. They just aren't good open water swimmers. Try spot feeding him with a turkey Baster

Ok he is skittish though
