Hi guys,
I had an unexpected spawn in my show tank the other day. The male was a calico moor who was actually chasing some females about 2 days prior to the spawn but i'm not sure which one was the female? Anyway...
I was hoping that i could breed them more in september (spring time in NZ) so i had a lot of time to condition the fish, get the equipment, and cycle the tanks etc. unfortunately a spwan happened early and i was wanting to know if the same pair will breed again? And once the first spawn happens do same pair spawn every 2 weeks, month, 2 months or something? I have never spawned goldfish before i am not sure if they even pair up? Haven't put to much thought into goldfish breeding until recently deciding i wanted a new project.
Anyway thanks heaps and any goldfish breeding tips you have i would appreciate it all!
