good deal?

I just got back from the fish store (first time visiting, snuck in and out as I am new to the area), they had a 29gallon with stand, standard lighting and what I assume to be a bunch of things like a filter, heater, and other stuff lumped together inside. They were asking $60 "as is."

IF no copper has been used in the tank (it looks like it was a saltwater setup) and it doesn't leak...

Would you get it?



*sigh* my addiction has started all over again. I haven't even set up the first tank and I am looking at a possible second.


edited to add: I called the store, this is what the "lump" of stuff was...

UV sterilizer
gravel vac
pump
heater
gravel
air pump
book
video

and some other things that the girl spouted off an I couldn't keep up writing.

assuming no copper what used, heck yes! I mean if you bought that stuff new...

light-$30 (assuming its stock shelf lighting)
filter (depending on brand and kind) but least it prob. $30
UV sterilizer-cheapest I have seen is $50
heater-$35
you get the point LOL so yes, though the filter prob. need replacing, or at least a very good cleaning, the uv might need an new bulb (?) you would need new substrate as the old could bring in bacteria (you would want to clean everything to) but yes, thats my long way of saying thats a good deal
