Just changed out 50% of the gravel, half old/half new. Will this work? how long should i wait to do the other half?

ya that will work fine just check parameters in tank and if theyre normal or when they get normal you could put the other half in

I just swapped all my gravel out for Floramax and I'm having no problems. They say most of the BB lives in the filters anyways. While you experience loss, it shouldn't be that much. If anything I removed a bunch of fish waste for my plants.
