Green grassy stuff?

I'm wondering what this grassy stuff is growing on my rocks?

never saw turf algae grow into a bush ,
interesting I kind of like it if it don't spread almost reminds me of maidens hair just darker green

I've had it for a few months and hasn't grown much but I see it growing on other rocks now.
