So I recently fell in love with the GSP. I found someone local who breeds/raises them and got their stock online and paid over $100 for their first pair. They're selling some babies/juveniles and will have more to sell come spring. I've done a lot of research on them, and definitely think I'm going to get one (or a pair depending on what you guys recommend)

So my questions here would be:

How big of a tank would you recommend for a single? Pair?
Would I be better with a single or a pair?
I know they're brackish as adults, what about as juveniles?
What do you recommend feeding them? (I know they eat snails/shrimp. )Should a pellet/flake also be included? What about frozen foods?

I've read the answers to these on multiple sites, but I'd feel better getting your answers and recommendations and experiences.

For a single puffer, I would say a 30 gallon brackish water tank will suffice for a young specimen while a 55 gallon tank could work for a pair. Adults will require saltwater. They will not eat flakes or pellets. They should eat frozen foods such as bloodworms and mysis shrimp.
