She keeps going to the bottom on the tank and staying there hiding

I would think so, but make sure your water parameters are what they should be, so you know she is in labor and not sick, because guppies and other live-bearers can hold their fry until they think it's okay for the fry.

Do you know what boxing up is? If you don't, it's when the front and back of her belly flattens to look like a box.

She gave birth this morning to around 25 or 30 fry but she died right after they came out
