guppy question

How many guppys can i have in a 10 gal tank......also how long till guppy fry can breed. Is breeding them hard i was under the impression its harder to get them not to breed. any info or site links would be great.

You should be able to have about 8 or 10 in a 10 gallon tank. As long as you have males and females together in a well maintained tank they will breed. I haven't done a lot of guppy breeding so I am not sure when the fry can start breeding.

I believe guppies reach maturity around 3 months but the broods will be small. The will have more babies as the breeders get bigger.
