Hair Algae Problem

Hey guys i was just wondering what type of pleco would be good for keeping driftwood free of hair/beard algae.. or any other kind of fish for that matter.
i was thinking along the lines of a smaller sized pleco ( no larger than 3" or so...) any suggestions.. ?

I see you are in Totonto On (I assume Toronto). Ocassionally at Big Als they will get true SAE in. they are hard to get, but are the cadillac of algae eaters.

I'm curious bout the size of your tank, it makes recommending fish that much easier,
