Hair? Fuzz? On my live rock?

Our live rock has what looks like whitish/ brown dust/hair all over it. I can scrape it off by using my finger nail. Tank is only 2 days up. Fungus? Algae? Anyone know? Thanks!

Prob just detritus. You can use a turkey Baster and blow it off.
