hang on back filter to canister filter

i have 2 hob filters rated for 60 gallons each on my 75 gallon freshwater tank just scored a canister filter rated for 100 gallon aquarium i want to replace the 2 hob with canister. this canister has only been used looks brand new but like twice and i know it doesnt have good bacteria flowing through it should i go ahead and just replace it? or will it jack with my water stats? which are perfect right now. . . . . . other question is which filter media should i put in my canister????? thanks any ideaas whould help

I'd keep all 3 on for a while till your new filter can build up its own goodies!, some use Ceramic cylinders is what is and filter floss -4 bucks

forgot to mention i have yndergravel filter as well
