Hang on the back refugium

I read about these online. Are they any good? I don't have room for a real refugium but I do for these.

It depends on the size. The larger the macro algae that you can house then the better results you will end up getting in terms of nitrate reduction. Overall, I would not look for large numbers being reduced from a HOB refugium.
