Has anyone used Turbo CO2 Bio-System?

per say yes. though you can do it your self cheaper.

I have used it. The diffuser works quite well although it needs cleaning every week or two. Adding more bottles will be necessary on most tanks. I successfully used this system with 2-1L bottles on a 55g, but YMMV.
