I had a tank as a kid but don’t remember much and didn’t do anything more than feed. I recently got a 2.5G betta tank and am still trying to get my feet wet so to speak.
2.5G tank
1.5” natural color gravel
Topfin Betta flo filter
Topfin Betta tank heater
Live lucky bamboo (8 stocks)
And 2 smaller decor that can be used for hiding.
Tank was set up, filled, conditioned and ran for 48hrs.
Just added Betta last night (right after the 48 hrs), which I’m now reading i should have waited for the tank to cycle.
Side note, tank is near a full window for now but I’ll be trying to get it moved away as soon as I have the room. I have covered the side of the tank closest to the window and the back with paper to cut down on the incoming algae I know is coming.
That’s were I’m at now. I was drawn here for all the wonderful knowledge from people who sound like they know best.
