Hello I am new to the f forum and would like to learn how to maintain my 50 gallon tank into a beautiful fresh water tropical paradise

I just got this cute little guy then I’m gonna call Frank and I’m not sure what to feed him, I welcome all advice I have a 50 gallon tank that he shares with 10 little freshwater tropical fish to snails in a sack fish. He seems pretty vibrant I almost want to get him a lily pad because it seems like his journey to the top of the tank is long and tedious, Frank looks a little winded. any suggestions on diet. Thank you for your help

Yes he’s an African dwarf frog
