Hey all, I introduced a file fish to my system about a week ago and everything has been going great with it. This morning I noticed he didn't go after food and when I looked closer I think his bottom fin was bitten off. I would assume either my yellow tang or flame angel thought it was a piece of algae. He is hiding behind a rock and I just want to know if I should/can do anything.

I put in prime to promote its slime coat but that's all I could think to do

if you are able to move it to a QT tank. That would be recommanded until it is healed

It's moments like this when i wished I owned my place. I dont have another tank or the space right now.

Would it be good to stick him in my refugium? It's full of kalerpa and cheto so there isn't a lot of room but nothing else is in there. Oh and my flow through the box is about 300 gph
