Help guts came out?!?!?

Hey guys fed my fish frozen blood worm today and my severums guts are sticking out now! This happened to my last severum as well. I fed the other one peas last time and it went back in. So I'm trying it again. I need help though. If anyone has any knowledge about this. Please reply.

I'm not sure in fish, but ( I have some EMT training) it looks near his anal area so it might be a hernia caused by a weak spot + weak connective tissue holding the organs in place internally. Sometimes they do fix themselves, but again it's just a wild guess based on what I know about people.

Prolapsed anus. Stop feeding it so much and try to get some regular veggies in the diet.

Also don't feed it for a couple days and add a teaspoon per 5 gallons of Epsom salt to the tank. Acts as a laxative.
