Help identify.. looks like a little feather duster maybe?

Found this little guy while looking around the holes in my rock with a flashlight.. Sorry the pic is so bad.. This thing is about 1/2" tall and in a hole..

It definitly opens and closes the "feathers".. My guess is that it is some sort of feather duster... but heck what do I know..

If you have any idea what it is please let me know..

Not really. I will get what it needs from the water and water changes. Give them time, there will be more.
