New tank or big water change lately? Looks like a bacterial bloom. Just wait. It should clear on it’s own.

I had to change the whole tank as it was brown this morning, think one of the rocks had done it

This is it now, it’s a new tank , this is my 4th and I have never had problems before

The cloudy water is likely bacterial bloom and the brown is likely diatoms (more commonly called brown algae). Both perfectly normal in a new tank, not at all harmful and should clear up on its own when the nutrients in the tank get into equilibrium.
