Help on ulcer!!

What’s happening to my angel fish??? Ugh...
Has ulcer like wound on its head
Please help
I have a golden panchax and a few more smaller angels and 4 lemon tetras in 40 gal tank

Would check all water chemistry, lots of water changes and then bacterial treatment.
