Help please! My mr pleco has a spot!

Can someone please help me? My Mr pleco has this spot just by his eye? What could it be? I've tested the water and it's all fine. I have added a picture. Still seems fine but worried.

Has he scratched himself on something?

I don't think so. Nothing new is been added to the tank for him to hurt himself on. Only saw it yesterday for the first time.
