hey, i found recently some unknown white dots showing up in my tank on the lava rocks and the algae magnet. Not sure what they are, if anyone can help please let me know. I provided photos

Do you have nerite snails? It could be eggs. They won't hatch unless your water is brackish.

Agree with SaraB; they look a lot like the nerite snail eggs that are all over my hardscape.

Looks like what everyone thinks, Nerite eggs.

If you are interested, if you're not sorry to bother you about it. If you cut back your lights on time, you might be able to reduce some algae. Sometimes increasing water change schedules can help too.
