Aquarium Advice Addict
Hi all, my sister picked out a betta fish today (very nice looking). I checked it out and it appeared to be quite healthy. I acclimated it and it seems to be quite active in the 5 gallon tank now, but it seems to have these thin red lines in its fins. Could this be an internal bacteria infection? I have an anti-bacteria medicine but it says do not use with inverts and I am receiving some snails in the mail tomorrow that are going into the tank. I can't put them anywhere else. Help!
