Help what is this?

I recently saw these tiny red worm looking things coming out under my rock. There are multiples of them. Really really thin and small but long like a worm. They seem to be a solid red color. Is this the red worm I should be afraid of?

I forget what they are called but they are fine. Just another cuc member.

Edit* type of spaghetti worm, still can't find the link to where I found that type awhile back though...
