Help with my heater from hell

Hello im having major problems with the heater on my 29 gallon tank, its a 100w fully submersible it came with the kit with my tank, its awfull. I set it to 76 the temp goes to 84-86 its constantly giving me problems, any adivice on a good company heater, is the marineland ones oky? how many watts for a 29 gallon?? thanks.

the new Ebo-jager heaters are A+++ Im not sure on the watts though. I would think that the 100w is plenty though.

A won pro will help it has a digital control that sits outside the tank to keep heatrs from nuking your tank. heres a link to what i am talking about.
look around for price i have found place for $30 for a 150watts but heres a link for a pic of it.
