So my 45 gallon leaked and I let it dry for two days I filled it with water and it held well.
Now the problem
I'm holding the fish and plants in a 25ish gallon tank with the heater from the 45 and a bubbler.
I saved all the old filter media in tank water and have it running again on the 45
I need to switch everyone over
What's the best way?

If its the same water params and temp you could just net them from one into the other if they are close by. If not net them to buckets let them rest a little. And transfer them.
