Ok I have seen this guy creep around in my rock for a little while now. I had the lights off and was finally able to catch him away from the rocks. Anyway I assume this is some sort of sea slug or nudibranch. It looks like he has a very small shell like thing on his back and he is surprisingly fast. I guess he is maybe an inch and a half long or so.

Stomatella snail. I have a few that came in on my live rock. They should be fine.

I looked at them and I agree I think you nailed the ID.. I was paranoid that it was something that something that would munch on my coral.

Nope! They aren't dangerous. They will put a hurting on diatoms though
