Hippo Tang is def Sick

the fish is scraping it self againts the rocks and sand alot i has alot of spots around the eyes and head i think he has Hole in head ow can i hlp it is there anything i can do?

Tangs are notorious for Ich and it sounds like he has all the symptoms. The hole in the head I dont know, start of HLLE maybe

If it is ich either hyposalinity or Chlorquine. If just hlle try feeding Vitamin C with Nori or other seaweed. What else is in the tank? I tend to notice HLLE moreso when an animal is less dominant and often aggressed upon...
