Just float in tank for 15-20 mins, net to discard shipped water, and add to tank.

You want to acclimate the fish by opening the bag and adding your own tank water to the bag. A shot glass full of your tank water every 5 minutes for 20-30 minutes. Then you want to net your fish without getting any of the water from the bag into your tank.

Alot of inverts are even more sensitive to water parameter changes than fish are. It's important to drip acclamate essentially everything you purchase. The effects of improper acclamation may not be seen right away, but proper acclamation will ensure a happy creature.
