I have a 26 gal bowfront with 4 corys 6 harlequin rasboras and 5 seriph tetras. Want to add bolivan ram but dont want overload in tank. Do they do well as a single speciman or should i get two and if two, same or separate sexes. appreciate insight from anyone with experience here

You could do with 1 alone or a pair. then add another Cory to finish the school of 5

Yes. Rams don't get nearly big enough to take out a tetra.

Bolivians could eat an ember tetra if they so chose.. shoot my apisto was picking em off..

like many fish in the hobby, if it can't fit in it's mouth, they won't usually bother it

one or a pair of bolivians will look great and will fill out the bottom 1/3 of the tank nicely.
